Inviting you to meet our guest authors Gregory Monteith and Sean Steele. They have collaborated on an exciting poetry and music project, titled Trails to Helicon. They will perform, read their poetry and talk about their writing and music. Come by to chat with them about their creative collaboration. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Gregory Monteith is a poet and a teacher. He has published two chapbooks; Haeretica in 2006 and Theia in 2009. His poems have been published in Voices of Vaughan: a Canada 150 Anthology from the Vaughan Public Library, Hammered Out, Street Magazine and online at www.ttrn.com.

Sean Steele is a musician, writer and teacher. Sean studied jazz guitar at VIU in Nanaimo, BC, and has been performing in bands for fifteen years. He plays guitar in rock band Zuffalo, whose debut album was released in June of 2018. The latest album by Mareotis, Sean's solo project, was released in March of 2018. Sean's poetry has appeared in Sewer Lid magazine, and his academic publications have appeared in Rock Music Studies, The Journal of Unschooling and Alternative Education, and the Journal for the Academic Study of Religion.
